FLM: An Opportunity for Spectacle

Description

Can you ignite over 1,000 minds at once? To make this happen, BlueprintNYC took an innovative approach for our clients – putting a new twist on a classic Field Leadership Meeting (FLM). The result? A Leadership Summit where participants were submerged in a high-tech sophisticated atmosphere that showcased beautifully branded feature walls. Our carefully curated Leadership Summit agenda offered rousing Q&As and engaging workshop sessions. We even provided all attendees with their very own, customized meeting app.

Challenges

Simultaneously shifting mindsets of attendees to embrace a new leadership style. Keeping enterprise leadership and cross-functional collaboration a top priority. Consistently delivering large amounts of varied core content. Infusing activities with motivation and inspiration, while achieving business objectives.

Solutions

To shift mindsets, we deployed a new approach from the very start. Communications leading up to the event carried an air of exclusivity and intrigue. We designed an immersive environment including a dramatic, theater-in-the-round configuration where new leadership styles were illustrated and tested. High-tech, multimedia tunnels featured corporate milestones to promote pride among attendees. We developed interactive workshops to deliver key content in a motivational space. Our customized meeting app promoted a fun, 2-way conversation between participants and senior leaders, as well as providing attendees with individual agendas and updates.

Results

Our FLM “summit” was instrumental in the adoption of a new, desired leadership style. This meeting generated excitement and momentum that reverberated throughout the organization, paving the way for a new approach to their business. In addition to achieving our client’s objectives, seamless cross-collaboration and communication extended well beyond the meeting!

Nestle Health Science Pamlab: Intimate and Effective

DESCRIPTION

Uniting and motivating a sales force is always important – but when you also need them to “raise the bar” and meet higher expectations – things can get tricky. BlueprintNYC was asked to produce an annual National Sales Meeting for a medical food provider to inspire participants while highlighting a key ingredient that was missing – a powerful connection to their patients. We delivered a meeting that packed a punch by strengthening awareness of this need and providing educational tools for developing connections while maintaining participant confidence in the face of vast product knowledge.  

Challenges

Ensuring the sales force felt empowered throughout the meeting. Developing tactics to give the participants a “voice.” Creating an intimate understanding of the patient experience to give the members of the sales force insight into their journey. Fostering a connection to customers, patients and their products. 

Solutions

To unify the sales force, we designed an intimate, motivational meeting environment that maximized engagement and promoted interaction. We screened a series of documentary-style patient videos to educate participants and strengthen their connection between those they help and their products. We asked selected representative to deliver short statements from the audience to help reinforce everyone’s commitment to their patients and products.

Results

We delivered a National Sales Meeting that empowered the sales force, drove accountability and increased understanding of the patient experience. The result? The sales force rallied around a common purpose, while maintaining confidence in their product knowledge and selling skills. In addition, BlueprintNYC capitalized on the Q1 timing of this meeting by introducing our client’s new campaign and messaging that would be carried throughout the year.

Simple Production - Paramount Farms

Description

What happens when you need to pull together diverse key players, pull through a distinct brand personality – and pull it all off to make an impact in one day?  If you’re Paramount Farms, you turn to BlueprintNYC! For the past 5 years, we’ve helped to engage their unique audience by supporting their annual Pistachio Growers Conference. By keeping the meeting accessible and overseeing program showflow, we’ve helped ensure that execution of presentations from marketing leads, government experts, judges, lawyers and the FDA, all resonate with the nut farmers in attendance. 

CHALLENGES

This quick moving event required last-minute updates, a tight onsite timeline, and a small budget despite the important audience. International presenters and guest presenters required a variety special considerations.

Solutions

Given the uniqueness of the audience members, we worked diligently with our client to ensure all content was targeted, relevant and understandable. We maximized engagement, the budget and our client’s creative assets by providing immersive scenic design and focusing on impeccable execution of the day-long session.

Results

BlueprintNYC outlined a foundational structure of process and production expertise that allowed the conference to pulse with the unique vibe of our client’s brand personality. The result? An incredibly successful session – and the reason our client continues to ask us to produce this wonderful event, year after year.
